Midland Rocketry was formed by 3 friends that were enthusiastic (Possibly even mad) about rocketry.

​

Our philosophy is to fly rockets, lots of rockets safely, in a friendly environment and to impart knowledge to all flyers younger or old. Especially those young flyers, as they are the future of our hobby.

​

​​So whether you are just starting off with your first Estes rocket or are a seasoned Level 3 rocketeer or even if you just want to see what it’s all about, you can just turn up and watch and chat. You will quickly make new friends.

​

The club has a wealth of experience and will always offer advice to flyer's.

​

Plus, there’s the welcome that Midland Rocketry Club is proud of.

​

You will soon find out what your own personal favourites are within rocketry. So whether it’s sport, scale builds, military, gliders, monocopters, scratch builds or hybrid. Our members come together to help and support each other with project builds.

​

​We mentor various Educational groups around the country with their individual projects and support many universities/schools/scout teams entering either the UKSEDS or UKAYRoC  competitions.

​
